Design Possibilities ~

Sunrise Housing realizes that when making this large of an investment, it is very important to get the home that YOU want, not some 'cookie cutter" home out of a book! SUNRISE HAS "IN-HOUSE" COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN SYSTEMS TO HELP YOU LAYOUT AND VISUALIZE YOUR HOME! We offer this design work all at no obligation on your part. Some companies require a large deposit to do custom design work! All of the homes sold by Sunrise, including BOTH Modular and Manufactured, can be extensively modified.

"All-Inclusive" Pricing ~

Sunrise Housing, Inc. includes MORE! We understand that it can be frustrating to get a base price on a home and then the salesperson keeps adding on things that should have been standard!

Service ~

We at Sunrise Housing know that keeping you satisfied after the homes initial completion is the key to OUR future. This is due to the fact that over 1/2 of our sales are referrals from previous buyers. Therefore, we have a dedicated service department with personnel with over 30 years experience. Our main difference from others: we go beyond our manufacturers Warranties! We include a "House Tune Up" at the end of 1 year of occupancy, which covers:

• Repairing of Sheetrock cracks which have reappeared from initial setting
• Adjusting of all doors to operate correctly (only if on a foundation)
• Re-caulking of countertops

Factories do not cover any of these items!

Payment Policy ~

Sunrise Housing knows that it is sometimes hard to know whom you can trust to complete the work to satisfaction. Therefore, we have implemented a 3-payment policy to help insure the you get what you expected!

1. 10% down payment to have the home built and delivered to your site. (Along with financing commitment letter)
2. Balance due LESS $3,000 when home is delivered to customer's property.
3. $3,000 final payment due when we do the final inspection/walk-thru. (To insure all details, besides service work to be done by factory personnel, to be completed
