Here you have our base pricing tables where we combine the size and the factory choice to come up with a base price. We use these as starting points in the home pricing process. These are only one of many variables needed to calculate the cost of your home. This is where we factor in such things as sales tax, delivery costs, etc.

We proudly present these prices to you, and you will find this is not universally done by our competitors. We keep our costs down on every level, and our margins lower, and that allows us to have the best pricing in Iowa for each class of home we carry. Shop around, and you'll see that for yourself.

MODULAR BASE PRICING

Modular homes are built to the state code and need to be set on either a full basement or a crawlspace foundation.

With our modular homes, we carry three different factories representing three different classes of homes. Adventure Homes, is an economy-driven, value-based home with entry-grade components as their standard. Rochester Homes is a higher grade for modular homes, rivaling and exceeding build quality & components for most stick built homes. Ritz-Craft Custom Homes offers two series of homes, Homestead and Benchmark.  Their Homestead series is similar to Rochester Homes in the number of options, upgrades and build quality.   The Benchmark series takes things to another level, offering many more options, features and upgrades. Because of the complexity of the Benchmark series, each home must be quoted individually to capture its unique features.

  • Interior & exterior on-site finish work

  • FREIGHT / SET COST DISCLAIMER: There are some cases where added freight or set costs are necessary, and this is a case by case basis but include situations such as but not limited to lake lots, sites on the western edge of Iowa, and steep driveways.

Adventure Homes, is an economy-driven, value-based home with entry-grade components as their standard, but allow complete customization of floor plans and plentiful options to allow you to get it to exact quality that you are after.
