ROUGH SET OPTION

Now that you have seen our base prices, you should also know about our rough set option. It originated from our genuine interest in saving people money. One way we accomplished this is by giving you the option to do on-site finish work yourself. After receiving positive feedback with many prospective customers on this concept, we are now offering this option to everyone. Check out the table to see your projected savings according to home size. Also, below you can find a detailed list of finish work you would have to do. 

CUSTOMER 

Completes the following on-site finish work that includes but is not limited to:

• Install siding, fascia, and soffit on gable ends of home. *

• Install bottom row of siding on front and rear "eave" sides. *

• Install exterior lights as needed. *

• Drywall work, including crack repairs and closing up center walls. *

• Prime & paint as needed.

• Install all interior doors that are on center wall. *

• Adjust exterior doors as needed.

• Finish floor covering installation as needed.

• Handle all other work to complete the home.

• Handle all service and warranty work to repair the home. (materials will be supplied)

• Build basement stairs (material not included)

SUNRISE 

Will complete the following to ensure the home is secure & weathertight:

• Delivery of home to site.

• Set home on foundation & secure to sill plate (crane or roll-on fees included).

• Install center line jackposts and bolt center beams as needed.

• Complete all shingling - including the roof cap.

• Install gable end "triangle" walls and house wrap.
